Your 5.0 beta information was included in the original license email with your 4.03 information.  If you cannot locate this email,  please check your spam or junk email folders.  If you still cannot locate this information, please send an email to licensing@digimoto.com and it will be sent to you.

Joel, any idea what could cause a loss of registration/activation information after three weeks?  I purchased the software and the mOByDic sensor directly from Performance Scan in early December.  I also followed your advice and installed the 5.0 beta (R14) in place of the 4.03.  After a fairly clean start with the software three weeks ago, I seem now to be caught in an endless reactivation loop with the following symptoms:

- (unconnected) start digimoto (V.14).  - immediate pop-up window "Exception in clsmOByDic.PersistSettings" with message, "a - Invalid value set for PersistSettings."  I take this to be a simple reflection of the fact that I have no mOByDic sensor connected - i.e. no problem. I close the window.

- digimoto starts with an immediate "Activation Required" window ("0 days left").  I select "Activate on line" and continue.  Then I get a "Failure Report" window indicating that the license cannot be reactivated since it was already activated on another machine.  This confuses me because I am using the same machine I did before (Toshiba Satellite laptop running WXP-SP2), with routine OS and security patches/updates.  The software will not run.

(I sent a license request through the link on the "Failure Report" window, but I don't expect a response until after the New Year.)

During the install did you notice if the .net 2.0 framework was installed? I would guess that you did not install the framework.

Can you take a screenshot of the error and e-mail it to bob@digimoto.com? He will follow up with you and help you resolve this issue.
