Digimoto Lite works on the OBDkey (OBD Bluetooth or OBD USB) device too.

Has anyone got a ELM327 working with Windows Vista Home Basic? I have not managed to get the USB driver to load, Vista just says I have the most up to date USB driver and will not import the Digimoto one even manually. Any ideas? Cheers....... Neil

Your tool should have come with it's own drivers, I am not sure the mOByDic drivers will work.  You should be able to go into your device manager a see the ELM under ports.  Then at the top, click Action, Uninstall.  This should uninstall the current driver, then re-install from the driver CD you received with your tool.
