I just purchased digimoto and am having trouble communicating with my 2002 Silverado.

I get the following message in the hardware setup:

Auto Detect...

Testing for
  Scan Tool: mOByDic
on COM Port: COM3  Baud: 9600
Found: False

Testing for
  Scan Tool: mOByDic
on COM Port: COM4  Baud: 9600
Found: True
Found Name: mOByDic 3200
Chip: OE90C3200
Version: -1
    ***** WITHOUT Protocol *****

Complete

It appears to find the COM4 location, but when I select ok I get the following message:

Can NOT Open serial reader mOByDic on COM4, 9600 Baud, DataBits:8,Parity:None,StopBits:One, Handshake:None.

Thanks for your help.

Guys when I first purchased the digimoto softwre I was really glad and would even get a answer on a question but now all I can say is good luck and if u have not had the software very long then return it and get your money back.

Any help is slim to none it seems ,as I have been asking questions along with others that never even get a kiss off response

I came here because I had heard good things about the software and support ,but thinking back wish I had purchased something else

If you do get it to work and pull a code just use the numbers and look on line for what it means . I had a code and this software tells me one thing but looking the codee up on other sites I get a complete different answer to what the code is even used another scanner got same code only different meaning

So again good l;uck on getting any sort of help here
